Floating weeks in Platinum Season are WEEKS 7–28, 35–52. This ownership equates to 11,520 points allocated on 01/01, every years. Buyer to receive 0 points from the 2026 allocation and all points from closing forward. Buyer will receive 11,520 points starting 2027. Seller to pay non-refundable Estoppel Fee in the amount of $102, Buyer to reimburse Seller for said fee at closing.
