***Per the seller: My family has owned this wonderful time share in Channel Islands for nineteen shares and the only reason it is being sold, is I moved to Ventura only a few miles from the time share. It is steps from the beach with the option to get a one bedroom with an ocean view. I have loved every minute owning this time share.
