Contract is 7 nights per contract year. The contract year renews on September 20th each year.



The 7 nights can be booked consecutive and those reservation requests can be put in up to 12 months in advance or you can split them up into individual nights where they can be booked up to 9 months in advance. When splitting the nights, only 1 of the 7 nights can be a Saturday night. When booking a Saturday, there is a 2 night minimum and it must be combined with a Friday or a Sunday.



If there is a year where you cannot make it to The Manhattan Club or you wish to travel elsewhere, the week can be banked with RCI. This must be done before the expiration of the contract year.
