All of them are an upstairs and downstairs unit with the ability to have a lock out with separate entrances if you want to stay in one of them and rent out the other unit. Each year when I pay the maintenance fee I choose my first 5 selections for my week out of the available “white weeks” which are listed on the 4th page of the attachment: White Weeks 10 through 19 which is March through early May, and 45 through 50 which is October through early December. Paying on time we were able to get the week we requested because for each week you can either choose a check in day of Saturday or Sunday. The mountain units check in on one day and the valley units check in on the other day of the weekend.
