With a spectacular setting in the Las Vegas Strip district, Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Elara is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action.

These Hilton timeshare resales are connected to both Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile mall and boast incredibly luxurious suites with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.

The outdoor pool is beautiful, and active guests will find a deep appreciation for the well-appointed fitness center. Free, on-site parking, meeting rooms, a Starbucks café and a lobby lounge make this a great option for business as well as leisure travelers.

An Overview of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Elara

This is a massive resort comprising 1,200 timeshare units. Each suite is surprisingly spacious, a definite rarity on the Las Vegas Strip. It might seem a little limited on features without a full-service restaurant or a casino onsite, but the resort’s connection to the Miracle Mile means restaurants and shops feel like they are part of the resort.

Elara is an attractive choice thanks to its gorgeous pool complex, the lobby bar and the Starbucks café. Room service is available, though not on a 24-hours-a-day basis.

Guests love the sleek, modern designs of the suites, each of which has a kitchenette or full kitchen. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, there is an incredible amount of natural light. If you use Hilton Elara points for one of the larger units, you'll probably score a luxurious whirlpool tub in addition to other delightful extras.

The resort is a sleek, glass-covered high rise that can offer guests a welcome respite from the constant lights and sounds of a casino resort on The Strip. It is not the most distinctive property on the Strip, but it offers clean, modern and spacious surroundings that are refreshing after the city's sometimes frenetic energy.

With so many restaurant, spa and casino options within easy walking distance, these Las Vegas timeshares are well-positioned for a terrific Vegas vacation.

Hilton Timeshare Resale Accommodations

If you have a smaller party, smaller budget or are just staying for a shorter time, then you might be happy with a studio or junior suite from these Hilton timeshare offerings. Of course, if you insist on the ultimate in space, luxury and amenities, then it's definitely worth upgrading to a one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom suite.

Throughout all of the accommodations, the décor is clean and contemporary. Studios sleep two guests in a maximum of 510 square feet. The bed is a king size, and there's a small living area featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchenette includes a coffeemaker, microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster.

Step up to the one-bedroom suite to more comfortably sleep four guests with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a separate living room with a queen-sized sofa bed. The master bedroom features an oversized whirlpool tub.

There's also a full kitchen that features all of the modern conveniences, including a television, and also a combination washer and dryer in the unit. One-bedroom suites range from 544 square feet up to an impressive 1,020 square feet.

When you have a party of six, the two-bedroom suite is ideal. Measuring between 1,318 and 1,764 square feet, these suites have two bathrooms and a generously sized living area.

Three-bedroom suites are even larger at between 1,780 and 2,238 square feet. They can sleep as many as eight guests in comfort and style. Guests also love the L-shaped sofa bed and the projector television with an impressive eight-foot screen in the living area.

Groups of up to ten guests can be accommodated in the four-bedroom timeshare suites. These spacious rooms span 2,324 to 2,902 square feet. With additional bathrooms, a full kitchen as well as a kitchenette, more than one whirlpool tub and all of the extras that are included in a three-bedroom suite, this is a remarkable way to spend a vacation.

Elara Resort Amenities

swimming pool

Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Elara has a sleek and beautiful pool area. Plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas are scattered across the deck. A seasonal poolside bar is a welcome place to get a cool drink on a hot day. Tall palm trees make the pool area feel like an oasis. There are even a few private cabanas that feature ultra-comfortable seating and flat-screen televisions.

The poolside bar also serves light meals and snacks. A 24-hour Starbucks in the lobby similarly serves small bites as does the lobby bar. If you would like to have breakfast on-site, there is an additional fee involved.

The spacious, well-lit fitness center makes working out a pleasure. Stocked with Precor equipment, guests will find that the exercise room is up to the standards of their gym at home. A wide variety of cardio and weight training equipment, some with built-in television screens, is provided along with exercise balls, benches and dumbbells.

What to Do in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the true city that never sleeps. Accordingly, you can do pretty much anything you want to do, when you want to do it.

The casinos are the main attraction for many visitors. Whether your preference is slot machines, poker, blackjack or sports betting, you will find myriad opportunities to try your luck. If you stick to the Strip, you will have your choice of colorful, chic and upscale settings. Watch the action at the high roller tables or take a seat and bet it all on the turn of a card. You never know what the outcome will be.

While you could risk it all in a high-stakes poker game, it's also possible to have fun in Vegas without spending a bundle. For instance, have you seen the dancing water fountains at The Bellagio? Featuring more than 1,200 geysers, the display is synchronized to music, making a graceful water ballet that is second to none. See the fountains put on a show every half hour in the afternoon and every 15 minutes throughout the evening until midnight.

Las Vegas even boasts some fascinating museums. One of these is the National Atomic Testing Museum. It's hard to imagine today, but this museum provides valuable glimpses of the Cold War-era atomic testing age from the 1950s, including the complete history and development of the nuclear weapons program.

Iconic Activities

Another truly Las Vegas thing to do is to explore Caesar's Palace. It has great atmosphere that somehow combines the ancient and the modern. Of course, you can place a bet in the casino, but browsing through the Forum Shops is always a great time. You might also catch a show at the Colosseum or indulge in a gourmet meal at one of the upscale restaurants from celebrity chefs such as Bobby Flay, Guy Savoy or Giada De Laurentiis.

Have you ever dreamed of operating the kind of massive equipment that you normally see at construction sites? If so, then you'll want to visit Dig This, which is known as "The World's Heavy Equipment Playground." Here is your opportunity to operate an excavator or a bulldozer under the tutelage of an experienced professional. The activity can be geared toward kids, adults, individuals or groups. Are you ready to move the earth?

Why not visit Venice without leaving North America? The Venetian is a hotel and casino, but it's also a lot more. The replicated St. Mark's Square is breathtaking, and you won't want to pass on the opportunity to enjoy a gondola ride complete with a singing gondolier. The décor throughout is larger than life, and with upscale shops and restaurants to sample, you could spend hours.

Looking for a great place to dance the night away and indulge in a hearty breakfast? If so, then The Peppermill is the place to be. Enter the front to discover a 24-hour diner where you can eat plenty of eggs, bacon, fruit plates and more. Saunter on through to the back of the building where you'll find the Fireside Lounge. It's a blatant 70s throwback where you can dance, drink and enjoy some wonderful bar food.
