How Does Divi Vacation Club Work?

Unlike traditional timeshares, Divi timeshares in this Club are booked using a points-based system for unique flexibility, perks, and opportunities. This means becoming a member of Divi Vacation Club means ultimate flexibility on where, when, and how you want to vacation.

Pure Points is the currency used to book your trips with Divi. You receive your Divi points either annually or biennially and the amount of points you receive is based on your level of membership. You can always add to your point allotment if you would like to, for instance, increase your vacation time or stay in a larger suite.

A big advantage of the Divi points system is that you can vacation at a variety of resorts within the Divi network, rather than be confined to the same week at the same resort every year like traditional timeshare ownership. Points also allow you to take multiple shorter breaks and also travel mid-week – saving on travel costs rather than always traveling on the weekends.

The number of points needed to stay at a particular resort is determined by the destination, time of year, length of stay, and suite size. The high demand seasons or specific travel dates would require a higher number of points. The good news is that the flexibility of the program lets you get the most value for your points since you can choose to travel at off-peak times.

Club Loyalty Benefits

When you become a member of Divi Vacation Club, you get access to Club Loyalty Benefits just for being a Divi timeshare owner.

This loyalty program offers exclusive benefits and valuable savings for club services and amenities. The level of Club Loyalty benefits you receive is based on how many annual Divi points you have. In other words: the more points you have, the more benefits.

Depending on your Club Loyalty membership status, you can reserve your vacation more than a year in advance allowing you to pre-pay annual club dues and club operating fees. Remember that many Divi resorts also offer all-inclusive packages which can be booked prior to your stay, so look for discounts that can be applied to these packages.

Benefits of Being a Divi Timeshare Owner

With Divi Vacation Club, you can have guaranteed vacations whenever you like. As mentioned previously, your points are renewed either annually or biennially and can be used at your leisure.

Don’t have enough points for an upcoming trip? No worries - as a member, you can bank or borrow Divi points for upcoming trips. If you would rather save for a grand vacation, you can do that too. It’s the flexibility that makes Divi Vacation Club unique.

Additionally, Divi offers a wonderful exchange network with Interval International. You can use your Divi points to book trips at hundreds of resorts worldwide and access hotel, dining, and entertainment discounts. It is understandable that life gets in the way sometimes, so you can even switch destinations, resorts, and dates.
