Once guests experience the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at The Flamingo, they become devoted to it. Between the apartment-style accommodations and the unbeatable location, there are not many properties that can rival it.

These Hilton timeshares are situated behind the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. As such, the Hilton timeshare resales at this property are not located directly on the Strip. That translates to a fantastic location that puts guests within easy reach of many of Las Vegas' most well-known attractions.

At the same time, this property does away with the often-frenetic energy that's found at other Vegas resorts. It's quiet and removed, but if you're looking for excitement, just take a short stroll to the Flamingo or one of the other flashier properties in the immediate area where you'll find casinos, live entertainment and more.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club at The Flamingo has a great deal going for it, including its large, well-designed rooms that include Jacuzzi tubs. It's next to the Las Vegas monorail and has free Wi-Fi across the property.

An Overview of the Property

Do you like your hotels to feel more like holiday apartments? If so, then these Hilton Flamingo timeshares are for you. Plus, they are located behind the Flamingo, which sits right on the world-famous Strip. The causal, family vibe is a hit with most guests who like a laid-back place to call home while they are on vacation.

Peace, quiet and roomy accommodations are great reasons to choose these Hilton timeshare resales, where owners can combine the relaxation of the resort with getting their fair share of Las Vegas glitz and glamour.

This resort also is close to major attractions like the Mirage and Caesars Palace, which are right across the street. Additionally, the Venetian and the Bellagio are just a few minutes away on foot.

Location and Transportation

At three-and-a-half miles long, the infamous Strip just might be the most well-known stretch of road in the world. Visitors flock to Las Vegas, hoping to spend some time exploring the major entertainment and casino properties that are located on this densely packed portion of real estate.

Las Vegas Strip

Getting around the Strip is easy thanks to an abundance of taxis, which are available on a 24/7 basis. If you're looking for a less expensive option, try the double-decker bus known as the Deuce. It also runs 24 hours a day, and it only costs three dollars per passenger for a ride. The Vegas monorail, which has a stop at the Flamingo, is also available. Other monorail stops are found at the Sahara, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Harrah's – Imperial Palace, Bally's – Paris and the MGM Grand.

One thing to be aware of about the location of these Las Vegas timeshares is that they have the same address as the main Flamingo hotel. Although the address is the same, the two resorts do not share an entrance. It is not unusual for cab drivers to take you to the main Flamingo, leaving you to lug your suitcases on an approximate 10-minute jaunt to find the Hilton Grand Vacations property entrance. You may be able to avoid this situation by directing your cabbie to take Audrey Road, which shoots off from Flamingo Road.

Multiple Pool Locations

The pool at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at The Flamingo is elegant if unremarkable with a slightly modified rectangular shape. It is a great place to swim a few leisurely laps, is seasonal, outdoor and heated, and the overall vibe is extremely relaxed. You can also enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Five gazebos are located around the pool for guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis. Barbecue grills are clustered around the area too.

If your family expects a little something extra in your resort pool, guests of the timeshare resort also have access to the Flamingo Lagoon, the pool over at the main Flamingo hotel. This is where you'll discover more of a party scene with pop tunes over a loudspeaker system. In more of a typical Vegas vibe, waitresses are clad in hot pink bikinis, yet you'll have ample opportunities to enjoy the thick foliage and gorgeous waterfall. Festive and tropical, the pool area is extensive and fun. It even boasts a water slide.

The Beach Club Pool is for the whole family with its waterfalls, lagoon and water slide. Cabanas are available for rent if you want some extra luxury.

Are you looking for yet another, different pool experience? You're still in luck. Head to the GO Pool, a 21 and over area with live DJs, cabanas and beach club vibe where topless sunbathing is allowed.

Other Features of Hilton Grand Vacations Club at The Flamingo

These Las Vegas timeshares do have a fitness center. Although it is relatively well-equipped, it's adequate for a perfunctory sweat session, but don't expect a state-of-the-art experience. The addition of a nearby sauna is a welcome touch.
