The Hyatt Residence Club is a vacation ownership program that offers top tier flexibility and opportunities to vacation in luxurious resort destinations. With 15 resorts to choose from across the United States, you can take a couples’ trip or bring the whole family along at your leisure.

The suites Hyatt timeshares provide have a feel of home with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies, and washer/dryer so you can pack light. Enjoy high-quality guest services, dining, and relaxation when you become a Hyatt Residence Club member.

With the flexible points-based system Hyatt has to offer, you have the opportunity to spend your points how you want to, when you want to, and where you want to.

Hyatt Club Points

As a Hyatt timeshare owner, you purchase a week of timeshare and receive an annual allotment of points to use based on the home resort you choose and the season that you purchased. These points are then used as currency to book exciting vacations at your choice of resorts, essentially giving you a floating week.  As a Hyatt Residence Club member, you also can borrow points from future years to extend your vacation or stay in larger accommodation.

Owners are given a priority booking window from 12 months to six months prior to their week in order to book their week. If the booking is not made at least six months out, then the week is automatically converted into points to be used within the Club. Keep in mind that the week can be converted into Hyatt Club points at any time during the year.

Something to take into consideration when deciding to redeem points is annual club dues and maintenance fees. After including the initial price of the timeshare, there are club and maintenance fees for anticipated expenses of the club.

Deciding the week and, therefore, how many points to purchase is entirely up to you and your travel preferences, based on what is available on the Hyatt resale market. It is also important to take into consideration popular travel seasons. For example, if you want to spend a week in July at an oceanfront suite in Hawaii, that vacation is going to cost more points than spending a week in November at a suite in Texas. This is why it is important to choose your home resort and season wisely.

Benefits of Owning a Hyatt Timeshare

As mentioned previously, Hyatt Residence Club vacation ownership offers unmatched flexibility with its points system. As a Hyatt timeshare owner, you can easily trade for stays at other HRC destinations.

Resorts offer luxurious amenities like award-winning restaurants, valet parking, beautiful oceanfront views, and lush swimming pools. Most resorts even offer easy access to local activities and adventures.

Another wonderful benefit of Hyatt Residence Club is its partnership with Interval International. Exchanging through this system allows you to use your ownership to travel domestically as well as overseas. Many Interval International resorts offer just as high-quality service and amenities as Hyatt does so no need to worry.

Hyatt also offers a hotel loyalty program called the World of Hyatt. With this loyalty program, all you do is enter your email and you earn five points for every dollar spent on stays, dining, spa experiences charged at the hotel. With your Hyatt Club Points, you can convert those points into World of Hyatt points to stay at Hyatt hotels around the world.
