WorldMark The Club is a points-based vacation ownership program which is operated by Wyndham Destinations. Members can purchase as many WorldMark timeshare points as they would like and can choose from nearly 100 WorldMark properties across North America.
WorldMark The Club was established in 1989 to provide timeshares where friends and families can create long lasting memories. Flexibility, quality service, and luxury are just some of the benefits WorldMark has to offer.
Members of WorldMark can create wonderful vacation moments with the luxury and comforts of home. Units can come with fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes, furnished balconies, washer/dryer in-unit, separate bedrooms, living and dining rooms.
WorldMark Points are renewed annually on the anniversary of the day on which points were purchased. Members can use these points for one extravagant trip or split up the use of points for multiple trips throughout the year.
As a WorldMark The Club member, you can reserve a unit at any time, any location, and any size. It is important to keep in mind that the number of points used for stays can vary due to the season. Red Season is the highest, White Season follows and Blue Season is the lowest. Check with individual resorts for specific seasons as, for example, a January ski week at WorldMark Park City would be higher in demand than a January week at WorldMark Grand Palms in Surfside Beach, South Carolina.
WorldMark points, otherwise known as credits in the WorldMark system, can be used on any day of the week. If used during a Red Season, a minimum seven-night stay is required when booking 91 days to 13 months in advance of the requested vacation days. The seven days can be split between different resorts if needed to maintain the continuous seven nights. No minimum stay requirement is needed for White or Blue seasons.
Something else to keep in mind is that as an owner, you should expect annual maintenance fees and dues from WorldMark. These fees and dues vary on the amount of points you have and support the upkeep and maintenance of the WorldMark resorts in the program.
Members can bank and borrow points as unused points roll over into the next year. However, unused points expire after two years.
Buying WorldMark timeshare points comes with numerous benefits. As stated previously, WorldMark allows owners the flexibility to bank and borrow their points as desired. Using points is easy and members have access to 98 resorts including resorts in the U.S., Mexico, Canada and even Fiji.
WorldMark timeshare owners can also become a TravelShare member by adding an annual 7,000 points. There are different tiers to TravelShare based on points although each tier includes an RCI membership, the opportunity to book with affiliate hotels and resorts, gain Wyndham Rewards points, and receive TravelShare exclusives. TravelShare is separate from WorldMark The Club but can provides additional value to a club membership.
Being a WorldMark The Club member also gives you access to its preferred exchange program with RCI. This allows members to use their WorldMark Points and exchange them for stays internationally at any of the 4,000 resorts in the RCI resort network.
Buying WorldMark timeshare points is substantially more cost efficient for those that enjoy going on vacation regularly since you are essentially locking in your future vacations at today’s prices, especially if you are buying at discounted resale prices.
With so many options to choose from, WorldMark does a wonderful job of making their resorts feel like a home away from home. As an owner, you can access the freedom of choice and the luxury of a resort stay at several locations. Below are some of WorldMark’s most popular resorts.
