WorldMark The Club is a points-based vacation ownership program which is operated by Wyndham Destinations. Members can purchase as many WorldMark timeshare points as they would like and can choose from nearly 100 WorldMark properties across North America.

WorldMark The Club was established in 1989 to provide timeshares where friends and families can create long lasting memories. Flexibility, quality service, and luxury are just some of the benefits WorldMark has to offer.

Members of WorldMark can create wonderful vacation moments with the luxury and comforts of home. Units can come with fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes, furnished balconies, washer/dryer in-unit, separate bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

How WorldMark Points Work

WorldMark Points are renewed annually on the anniversary of the day on which points were purchased. Members can use these points for one extravagant trip or split up the use of points for multiple trips throughout the year.

As a WorldMark The Club member, you can reserve a unit at any time, any location, and any size. It is important to keep in mind that the number of points used for stays can vary due to the season. Red Season is the highest, White Season follows and Blue Season is the lowest. Check with individual resorts for specific seasons as, for example, a January ski week at WorldMark Park City would be higher in demand than a January week at WorldMark Grand Palms in Surfside Beach, South Carolina.

WorldMark points, otherwise known as credits in the WorldMark system, can be used on any day of the week. If used during a Red Season, a minimum seven-night stay is required when booking 91 days to 13 months in advance of the requested vacation days. The seven days can be split between different resorts if needed to maintain the continuous seven nights. No minimum stay requirement is needed for White or Blue seasons.

The booking window for standard vacation credits begins 13 months in advance of the requested vacation dates.

Something else to keep in mind is that as an owner, you should expect annual maintenance fees and dues from WorldMark. These fees and dues vary on the amount of points you have and support the upkeep and maintenance of the WorldMark resorts in the program.

Members can bank and borrow points as unused points roll over into the next year. However, unused points expire after two years.
