However, the draw of the winter beauty is sure to take you outside again, for a day of winter hiking in snow shoes, or skiing in Wisconsin Dells on the cross-country and downhill ski trails.

Cascade Mountain and Christmas Mountain are two of the local downhill ski and snow tubing hills, perfect for a day on the slopes. In total, the Wisconsin Dells area has over 40 ski and snowboard trails, 12 lifts, and four terrain parks, so there is a route and a place for every skier of any skill.
