All of the timeshare suites at Kohala are two-bedroom and can accommodate a family of six. The master bedrooms have a king or queen bed, and the second bedrooms have multiple twins or double beds. The living room sofa is a pull-out sleeper as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Each unit has three TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The wall decor in each unit is tropical-themed, but the furniture is upscale contemporary. Each suite has a private lanai.
