MROP, Multi Resort Ownership Program, is a non-profit corporation that holds all the property deeds to 34 timeshare resorts and is owned by MROP timeshare owners. Visitors looking to buy, sell or rent timeshare resales will find when you purchase a timeshare week from MROP you are buying a share of the company and therefore all 34 deeds. This has several advantages. The major ones are that it is much less complicated for you to buy or sell the ownership and you have the added security of property rights and privileges in 34 resorts.
