The resort boasts great transportation options, including the world-famous monorail and ferry service to nearby parks and attractions. Remember that renovations are currently underway as the resort expands to add a new DVC timeshare building, which is expected to be completed in late 2024. New recreation and dining options are also part of the expansion, which will add villas to the existing 360 and 20 bungalows onsite.
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows offer guests a choice of deluxe studios or bungalows. The deluxe studios can sleep as many as five guests and are equipped with a private terrace or balcony and a kitchenette. In a split bathroom, families will find that on one side they have a combination tub and shower with a sink and toilet while the other side has a sink and walk-in shower.
The 20 bungalows are truly exclusive, including gated access, private decks and private plunge pools. Each bungalow features two bathrooms and can sleep up to eight guests.
